I was recommended to Jason from Vitas Design. He is understanding, responsible and very responsive. He is always there for us; he goes extra mile to get things resolved and prompt to all queries. He also managed our schedule and his contractors very well such that he completed our home before the date assigned by our FS master, which was a tight schedule. Even the house has been handover to us, he still check with us to ensure that everything is still alright. With that, we are pleased to say that we found a reliable ID and we are grateful about it.

We had Jason as our ID. He was very detail oriented, very professional, very on-task, and he really knows his stuff. He moved very fast on the renovation execution, to the point that sometimes my wife and I had to catch up to his speed. When we went to select our tiles, he was patient and took the time to explain how the tile designs would affect our overall decor. What really stood out was that he did not press for upfront payments; payment was only asked for after work was done. Jason was very accommodating to our requests for alterations. There were no hidden costs - everything was upfront and documented.

One word to describe Sharon’s service: AMAZING. My father engaged Sharon for his newly completed condo. You will not regret as she go all out within her means to provide the best service. She will not disappoint you as she easily understand your needs and work within your budget. There is no hard selling involved and she totally respect your decision. She thinks out of the box to fit your requirement and budget.

I was recommended to Eric Seh from Vitas Design. He is exactly the kind of ID I needed - knowledgeable, reliable, practical, and with good aesthetic sense. Although I only refurnished the kitchen and rooms, I felt that Eric has spent the same amount of time iterating on the design as if I am to renovate the whole flat. He brought me to select basins, lights, and other accessories, and patiently explained the materials and work required. From the inception of the project to the handover, Eric took effort to be on-site regularly to ensure the renovation work went smoothly. He is also very responsive and responsible in providing timely updates in the forms of photos and videos on the work progress. Eric and his team are able to line up their work systematically and finished the renovation earlier than expected without compromising on quality and workmanship. Overall, the project is well-coordinated and generally smooth. I highly recommend Eric to anyone who want a peace of mind for their renovation.

We're blessed to have Mr Alvin from Vitas Design SG expertise in the renovation work for our father's new house. Alvin shows professionalism, very attentive, proactive yet with a class of humbleness which makes us feel at eased and relaxed when in discussion with him. We were very happy to engage Sharon from Vitas Design SG, she was key in bringing our concepts to life. We are extremely pleased with the outcome as it is exactly what we hoped for. Sharon was one of the very few designers who understood our needs when we were sourcing our Reno companies. She was able to execute and deliver on time, find alternatives when we had obstacles during the renovation. Most important factor for our Reno was the handover of the house on the agreed date and Sharon managed to pull it off despite doing an extensive Reno at our place. Job well done, thanks Sharon!

I would like to commend Wang Zhi Xiong from Vitas Design. I started looking for an ID in December 2021, and it was a tedious process of never-ending price comparison and meetings with different firms. During the process, I started to realise that the price differences across different firms are negligible. As such, I decided to go with an ID whom I am comfortable to talk to, and one who understands my needs. When I first talked to Zhi Xiong, I was impressed at his attitude. He is well-mannered and he listens to all my needs while providing his inputs at the same time. As a first-time owner, I am clueless about many things. Not only that, I have been fickle-minded. Despite this, Zhi Xiong never once displays frustration. Rather, he will go through the colour scheme with me and explain the possible pros and cons. At times, I do flare up for any work that I was unsatisfied with but he would rectify any issue to the best of his ability. No matter what the process was, I must say that I am happy and satisfied with the outcome. Zhi Xiong is truly a rare gem in the industry, one who is honest, well-mannered, respectful and creative. His passion for design and his dedication to his job would definitely restore one’s faith in the renovation industry, which has been on the headline in recent years for renovation woes by homeowners. House renovation can be a big project. I learnt that it is more important to go with someone who is trustworthy than to choose a firm that gives slightly better prices. Thank you Zhi Xiong for giving me a beautiful and comfortable home. You are a great asset to the industry, and I believe you will continue to design nice homes and fulfil the dreams of homeowners, like you did for mine!

We are so happy with the renovation that Danny has done for our old flat, which is now our dream home. From the first meeting, he has been very efficient, patient, and easy to communicate with. He provided us with good advice and ideas along the way, and would always readily reply our questions even if we texted him late at night. He also understood and worked well within our budget, and even gave us good deals such as a free Dyson vacuum. It’s common to hear nightmare renovation stories with IDs, and we are so thankful we worked with Danny, who made our renovation journey so pleasant. We would highly recommend him as the guy for your home renovation needs!
