If you are looking for quotations to compare your IDs, Vivere is not one of them. First meeting was on a Tuesday. We were impressed and happy with what they can offer. Our assigned ID even said that the quotation will be ready in 1 week and urged us to arrange a site visit of our new home asap (do not that we have not gotten the keys and the house is vacant. thus, my agent will have to liaise with our seller agent). We were excited as the ID seems to be on the ball. We're lucky to find out the ID's true colours when our seller's agent was not available on the day we planned to meet (following Thursday, over a week later). We requested for the quotation on that Thursday since we did not meet for the site visit. No reply. Saturday we asked about rescheduling the site visit. The ID replied within 5min. Then I asked about the quotation, got a reply 2 hours later. Quotation was not ready and said was in the midst of an appointment. Tuesday (2 weeks after 1st meeting), the ID msged about the site visit again. We request to see the quotation to read through understand the costs beforehand. The ID urged for a meet up to explain the quotation. We stood firm. We felt that it only makes sense for us to compile the list of questions on the 2nd meeting to make sure that whatever we wanted is included rather than, having a 2nd meeting, absorb, then having to ask to many questions through messages after knowing that the ID was not as responsive as we thought. So yeah. Unfortunately, we are not able to proceed with their services.

Rita and Tony are professional IDs who take pride in their work. They helped to design our tuition centre, YMS EduTech Learning Hub at Tampines Mart just the way we want it. Modern, clean and conducive. Will definitely recommend their services to those looking for IDs for homes and business outlets.

My husband and l would like to put on record that we are overall pleased with the renovation work done for our new home led by lD Riana and site supervisor Mr Kegan from Vivere. They were responsive to our feedback, request and needs even at the last moment. They may take time to do the actual work which might be caused by unavoidable circumstances, but the professionalism and willingness to accomodate our request showed their sense of responsibility and it’s greatly appreciated. Had a positive experience with Kak Rita when my family and I were introduced at the showroom by our house agent Kak Yati. The few times spent sitting and discussing in the studio, Kak Rita really helped to advice if our renovation ideas will work or not. Being a visual learner, she even went the extra mile to sketch by hand what the rooms will look like. Which was awesome! Also had Abg Toni and Abg June as part of the team, which was much appreciated! When the reno started, there were constant communication and all questions were answered in timely manner. They are professional in their work and a lot of trust is built in the transformation of the whole house. The house floor tiles were even changed at once when it was not done right. Even when Kak Rita & Abg Toni were on holiday during a part of our reno, work still goes on and Abg June was around to manage the project. We could still communicate even when they were away, which was great! Prior to handover, there were many little things which needed touch-ups and they took note of these little details, which really made a difference in reducing delay. Engaged Vivere to renovate my house and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Sarah was the ID that I was assigned to and she was such a dream to work with. I’ve visited other ID companies prior to Vivere however none of them were as warm and inviting as Sarah. Sarah took the time to explain the process and was very very patient answering our thousands of questions. She understood our concept and I trusted her with some of the colour selection which turned out as how we envisioned our concept to be. The renovations were also completed swiftly and we experienced only minor setbacks. Even then, Sarah quickly activated her team to resolve the issues and they were done efficiently. In terms of financials, we did exceed our initial budget however the extra costs were necessary due to the bad condition of the house we bought over. Sarah took the initiative to point out a list of what was necessary to be done to make the house “livable” and what other wish list items that we wanted which can be done at a later time. This way, we managed to save abit more money. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with Sarah and Vivere. A big thank you to Vivere ?

Very professional. Worth the money spent. Vivere has been in the market for very long now. Our i.d Riana is very experienced and gave us very good advice for our 5 room unit. There has been many times where we were quite fickle minded but she talked us through the pros and cons of our decisions very thoroughly. We are super excited with the end result of the house. My current home is my 2nd experience. Nothing stops me from going back to them again at any time. Both Rita and Tony are caring and details to help us achieve a house that is called home. They can easily what we wish without even us saying. The best part is tihe renovation completed much earlier than normal wirhout any compromise in quality and standard in workmanship. This is really productive work and accomplish due to efforts by both Rira and Tony in planning. I will never hestitate to recommend them for quality and fulfilling home makeover.

First of all, having that chemistry with the ID is a must and that was exactly what I personally had with Rita. She was able to envision what we want and turn it into reality. Both Rita and Tony are the perfect duo. They compliment each other - from getting permits, designing and executing the works of our humble home and most importantly, they were able to meet the timeline as promised. No hidden cost, completely transparent from beginning. We were also impressed with Nat. He was patient, responded promptly when we had issues. He took ownership and was there from the beginning to the end of the renovation. We were truly blessed to meet such a responsible, trustworthy and reliable team.
