I have been using their services for web hosting and domain registration for 3 times. All was good. There was one time that the system has renewed my web hosting fee. But it was my fault that I haven't turned it off in the settings. But for other services, I haven't tried yet. Hopefully there are all good, but after reading some 1 star review, I am feeling a bit worried.

Fantastic, Fast & Efficient Tech support...especially from Earlgin! Resolved my issues within an hour! Well done & that's the reason why I've been a customer with Vodien for many years!

Terrible… our email was down almost every 1-2 months for the last few months. And the contact Centre personnel is always asking the same standard questions and not addressing to the problem that we are facing. It’s frustrating. We cannot function as a company with email server down for 2-3 days!!! We called the hotline at 6+pm today and we were promised that someone will contact me within 1 hour. 2hours past and there is no call. It is another empty promise

Crazy domains support is always on point. Whether chat or phone. Today's experience with Earlgin was another example. Patient and helpful, understood what I needed and guided me, efficiently and professionally. I have several websites hosted with crazy and the reason I stay is the support. Not that it's required often as the servers are reliable and perform. It's usually when I break something that I reach out and each time I walk away happy.

In general terms highly recommended! the team support 24/7 is awesome and very helpful. Its a shame that *Jaselle* didn't want to help me with my request. and didnt let me explain what was happening, generating a bad time. At the end I asked him/her to evaluate his/her help and just close the chat.

8 hours of uninformed outage. Response given is Engineers are doing maintenance. We are running some of our clients website on Vodien's premium Business Web Hosting Plan for better service and hosting resources. However, we are appalled by this nearly 8 hours of outage which still continues at the time of writing this review. Shouldn't maintenance be planned and the time be informed to the customer?? Vodien used to do that previously...why is the service fallen to such low standards? Even if it was unscheduled there is no intimation until an hour after I raised the ticket. My clients have lost leads/sales from ads and other marketing that has been running to drive traffic to the website!! Don't your regular, old time customers deserve better?

Their service level and response time used to be quite good. Now...it seems that they went back to ice age. Maybe the mgmt wanted to cut cost and "let" those good and experience staff go and hire those "Cheaper, Better Faster" people. If this carry on...need to change hosting company soon

I experience multiple server issues and requested Vodien's team to look into it. They suggested me to upgrade to a better spec server. I asked their sales team if this were to happen again, will I get a refund on the unused amount and he said yes. We decided to go with 2 years plan since he urge that is better as there will be a discount. This was fast and done within a day (They are fast in taking your money) 2 weeks after upgrading, we experienced the same server issue. This time, the technical team says it is my website's file that is causing the issue. So in the beginning, it wasn't even a server issue. So I requested for a downgrade back to my original server since I was told previously that I can do so. But when I raised the ticket for a downgrade, it took them a few days to contact me on it. I waited more than a week and at the point of writing this, it is still not resolve. The staff kept twisting his words while on a phone conversation, saying they need to seek management to approve this request. Today, when I spoke to the staff again, he said he have not raise this to the management and will do so now...1 week is wasted and I feel they are trying to delay things. The staff I spoke to was also rude. Hung up on me a couple of times...Don't recommend anyone to use Vodien, it is a nightmare.
