Only get notified to collect mail after more than one month mail was received by them and was given only one week to collect mail. Mail collection timing is 1-5 pm weekday only. The unapologetic and unprofessional response made the experience really unpleasant.
1 star is overrated for such unreliable service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value for money if you need a virtual address to receive your company related letters. Incoming letter notification usually received by email in 24h. They even sort out junk unsolicited letter and throw away on your behalf. So far I am happy with their service. They also rent out a small meeting room enough for meetings up to 8 people, which for me is very convenient and reasonably priced.
