A helpful and creative interior designer, Winnie Chua is open to our crazy ideas, last min changes from time to time, and assisted in various on site coordination with our self engaged service providers. She is patient and easy to work with. We are very satisfied with the outcome of our house! :)

Professional in meeting customer needs and takes on a personalized approach in design. My ID took the time and effort to understand my family profile and recommended design alternatives that worked better for our lifestyle and budget; even if it meant cost savings on my part! Renovation is such a massive undertaking, but my experience with Voilà has been fuss-free as my ID keeps track of deadlines and provides timely updates. I never had to micromanage as my ID is trustworthy and his team has proven to deliver quality workmanship. I am a satisfied and grateful renovated home owner thanks to Voilà. While searching for a design firm, we engage Viola Designers upon seeing their portfolio on Instagram. Upon contact, they were prompt in response and assigned Anvin to us. From Anvin’s ability to plan our space to his attentiveness in understanding our needs, design and wants, we reviewed our draft designs and layout and we confirmed with Viola. Schedule was planned and project duration was planned at 8 weeks but due to Covid situation, my wife and I had expected delays however, to our surprise, everything was on track and our place was handed over to us on time without delays just in time for Christmas and New year’s! Measurements for carpentry and electrical sockets etc were done accurately leaving no areas left out. Carpentry work was nicely done with no signs of cut short quality. As with all projects, minor arguments and misunderstandings will bound to happen however I am happy that both parties (We and Anvin) resolved the matter amicably and quickly. Highly recommend Voila Design, recently completed our resale HDB renovation project with them. We spent countless of hours prior with many different firms before deciding to go with Voila (Jason). Our main reason of why Voila, was definitely because Jason gave us lots of advice & guidance instead of agreeing to everything of what we have in mind. The end result exceeded our expectations, we are very happy with the quality of their work. Jason's professionalism & attention to detail was paramount to this project. After meeting with many other IDs, we engaged Jason as our ID in Mar 2020 as he was able to understand and further conceptualise our requirement for a modern contemporary home that was both warm and welcoming. Jason was patient throughout the many times that we met with him to discuss further on our theme and design even before signing the contract. When we went through the contract, he was honest and upfront about what was really needed and good-to-have, which enabled us to better keep to our budget. Just when we were about to start renovations, phase 1 of COVID-19 was announced and we had no choice but to postpone our renovations until mid-Aug 2020. During this time, Jason kept us updated on industry developments, including manpower constraints and shortage of imported supplies, which we appreciated. Even after we started renovations, Jason continued to keep us updated and also had his better contractors work on our house, which gave us better assurance. We can honestly say that the renovation process was largely snooth due to Jason's problem-solving attitude and making sure that any mistakes made by his contractors were quickly rectified or re-done at no additional costs to us. At a time when phase 2 of COVID-19 gave us much anxieties as to when renovations could finally be completed, Jason managed to deliver a house that we now love so much by early Dec 2020. This was despite manpower shortage that he had to manage and after minor touch-ups here and there. Post-renovation, Jason would immediately offer to dispatch his guys to our house without us asking if we thought that something was not working well. He would even "chase" us repeatedly for a reply on when his guy could come down when we took some time to get back to him. We felt that Jason really put in his all when he worked on our house. Jason has proven himself to be responsive, reliable, and someone with integrity. We couldn't recommend him more as an ID. He is an ID-turned-friend, and definitely no regrets with engaging him as our ID!

Shalom was the ID for our project and overall the experience was great. Of note, he was extremely open to our ideas, even if it meant making changes out of the blue. It never felt like we were being rushed into making design decisions and this really helped our home develop organically.
