Our engaged ID Eric is professional, responsible and patient. He was sketching and also suggesting ideas right away for us soon at our first meeting after we presented our needs. He is passionate and proactive. It was a fruitful meeting. Eric, Robin and the team is responsive as well. Throughout the renovation, they always get back to us shall we have any doubts or question. Even though there are some hiccups, but they are being helpful and we are able to resolve the issue in the end. We are glad that the VO in the end is kept at a healthy level, and everything not crazily beyond the quoted cost initially. Thank you Eric, Robin and the team for making our new home a cosy place. We would definitely recommend the team.

I absolutely loved working with Eric,Robin & their phenomenal team and I am in awe of Eric's design abilities and seamless coordination skills. They made the entire renovation an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are professional yet equally personable. My balcony reno was a total demolition & re-design but the entire process seemed almost effortless. Eric and Robin became friends friend & I actually missed the team once the project was finished.

When my family was invited by our ex-neighbour family to their new home for dinner, we were very impressed by the nicely renovated apartment and its functional designs and practical use of space. Every foot of space is well utilized to provide sufficient storage in a neat and modern manner. I asked for the info of the designer and touched base with Eric and his Vortrell team. Eric is very professional, responsible and responsive. Soon after he came to view our apt and discuss our needs, he presented us with some initial ideas and costing estimates. It did not take long for us to commit to his service, as we (and friends we consulted) like his proposed design. Everything went well and as planned, despite the challenges (e.g. manpower shortage) posed by the Covid pandemic. We are very happy with our renovated living room. The new TV display cabinet (which replaced 1 large tv cabinet & 2 regular cabinets) provided ample storage and display area, projecting a neat and elegant feel. The feature wall and a big mirror correspond beautifully with the big mirror in our dining area. Our big harp and piano blend nicely with the new setup. Really glad with our renovated home and deeply appreciate Eric's creative ideas and patience! .
