Fancy a fine dining at it's finest? This is the place to be. Pampered with great service from the team, incredible food prepared with perfection for us during a special occasion by Asst. Sous-Chef Jack Peh. All in all, definitely a place to recommend to bring your special other half or beloved family for an awesome treats of awesomeness.

I had booked the 4 course spring tasting menu on a Saturday evening for a birthday meal. There’s a deposit required but aside from that the booking experience was pleasant and responsive. I had opted for the sunset timing where it is slightly cheaper ($158++) and arrived on time at 530pm. The restaurant located at OUE Bayfront has a private lift from the lobby to the 19th floor. This already felt pretty exclusive. Upon exiting the lift there’s a dark but alluring corridor that is lined with animal paintings and wine cellars. At the end the staff greets you and invites you to your table. The restaurant itself is a relatively small space, housed under a beautiful high ceiling orangey roof. While booking, I was informed that the window tables were fully booked and the only tables left were the sofa tables on the inside. This turned out to be a luxury as the sofa tables were supposed to be for 4 pax so it was spacious and extremely comfortable, and both my partner and I could enjoy the view of MBS. The food itself to be honest, wasn’t entirely up my alley. I was more keen on the setting itself than the food, hence I didn’t research as much into it. There were many items that required a ++ to it, so I had opted for the basic items. For starters, we had the tataki and scallops. Tataki was in a citrusy sauce which was refreshing. The complimentary (free flow) bread was quite the highlight as it was soft yet crispy, and had a buttery garlic taste with each bite. For middles, we had the vegetable tempura and foie gras. The tempura batter wasn’t amazing, I definitely had batter ones (pun intended) and some of the vegetables was pretty hard to bite into. The foie gras was interesting served in a sweet strawberry reduction, and each part was supposed to be paired with a different component (caramelized straweberries, pistachio, rice cake) which was very interesting. For mains, we had the ravioli and lamb chop. Both were good but I would wished they lamb chop had more sear to it to give a more robust taste. I had also ordered an additional serving of truffles fries which were amazing (excellent garlic aioli). Finally for desserts, we had the pear yuzu and chocolate molten tart. Both were very good, I have no complains in that aspect. The petite fours was served with a happy birthday wording which was a nice gesture. The whole event lasted about 1.5hrs and we spent the remaining time taking photos and soaking in the views which was a unique angle of Fullerton and MBS at that height. 4 stars because I felt there were some misses but for the venue, the views and the service (staff were very responsive and polite and also took the initiative to offer to take photos for us!) it was still a very good place for a romantic celebratory meal.

We went for the 4 course Chef’s Tasting Menu (winter) Food was amazing, service was great (staffs were observant and quick to attend to us throughout the dinner, special mention to our server Kent) Enjoyed all 8 dishes but we really loved the lobster dish and chocolate lava tart, best i’ve had! Plan your reservation on the first seating (530pm) for a lower priced set menu. In all, worth the price and wld defo recommend it!

Had the tasting menu. The chef is generous with truffles that appeared in many of the dishes. I love the beef (crispy crust) n tender in the middle. The fish risotto with dashi soup is well done. Truly enjoy the experience. 2nd time here

A place you take your significant other for a special occasion. This is quite a fancy place but the indoors were a bit too stuffy. We got a table outside and it was just perfect. Nice view of Marina Bay and the Sands building. The service was excellent and the drinks were well-made. The truffle fries had truffle grated over it so the quality of the food is quite high.

Went for the sunset chef tasting menu for dinner. The view was amazing and u can see how the view changed from bright day to night. Cosy atmosphere and the service was great. Very attentive and they make u feel comfortable. The food is amazing and the service staff explain every detail and how to best enjoy the food. U can request to head to the bar outside to enjoy the rest of the evening after the dinner. Definitely worth dining here for the experience

Wonderful dinner menu, excellent service and great ambience to gather with friends, celebration of anniversaries or even meetings. Ian, served our table and we understand clearly what we are about to experience and taste. Speech was clear and service was professional. We had the tasting menu - 4 courses. I could say that chef is very adventurous curating the dishes. Definitely recommend to families and couples to go over to experience what we had.

Had a lovely four course dinner. Ambience was specially romantic with the view and high ceiling. Service was attentive, yet still allowing for privacy. Dishes were quite creative and flavours were well balanced. The cocktails were great too. I was least impressed with the vegetable tempura - I wish that the sweetness of the vegetables could have come through more. I also wish that the petite fours could have had more variation instead of all candies.
