Was greeted and welcomed by the friendly staff. The loan officer that served me was really professional and accommodating. Loan approval was promptly too! They send me a message that's why i appky because i need an emergency fund but theys said i need to pay first the first month repayment and then thwy will give me the refund letter and then they will release the loan afte i pay.. Is that the way your processing is? I think it's not right.. Please give attention this immediately. Thank you
