β β β β β Truly the best printing company I have ever dealt with! Superb customer service from Wei Shen, he helped me through choosing my shirt material, the size of my logo etc. and answered any questions I had very promptly.
My order was fairly small by normal standards (only 18 pieces), but they still quoted me a great price and delivered everything to me less than a week after I made my deposit. Really happy with my shirts and will definitely be doing business with them again in the future :)

β β β β β Had very bad experience with them, poor worksmanship, unprofessional. My batch of tees was badly printed and majority of them had lint from the tees stuck on the print. Colours were not coated properly.
When feedback to the bosses (through the sales) was told that they cant do anything and if i am not satisfied, i should look for other printers.
Also, whatever was agreed on pricing was not honoured when we were invoiced. Several items that was promised to be complimentary or free, was listed in the invoice with exorbitant prices.
I do not recommend them to anyone based on their worksmanship and professionalism.

β β β β β Mr Tan was able to pick up a call even over the weekend to answer my queries, and was very prompt in sending a quote once we had emailed our design. The quote was fair and they were very prompt in finishing the order: I made payment on Monday and they were ready for collection by Thursday afternoon.
In the industrial building it is cosy store with one office unit and one production unit. Peeking in, I could see the dozen screenprinting stations around a big worktableβ they do all the screen printing by hand, themseves! Mr Tan was very friendly and even offered me a free tote bag to carry my mug (along with the catalogue and free notebooks inside it.)
