β β β β β Walked in without appointment and pleasantly greeted. Camellia served me with lots of patience and assurance, which is important when shopping for intimates. She recommended me with the perfect size and type of waist trainer, and made me feel at ease and comfortable at all time.
Product is great, really comfortable. Material is not very thick but strong enough to hold shape. The bones are not poking and not stiff. Given the quality and price, definitely worth it.

β β β β β Camellia customer service skills was awesome. She has assisted me and my sister in selecting the correct corset, from the short to long corset. Providing advices to both of us and was very patient when we took quite some time to try it on.

β β β β β Came by the store & I had a pleasant experience. I didn't know that the shop actually accept walk-ins cause in the website it stated to make appointment only.
Anyway, love the decor of the store and the staff, Camellia was very helpful and very patience! Thank you dear! I'm currently wearing a body shaper not from Waistlab so I was looking for something more lightweight. I told her what I was looking for and she instantly show me the Classic 9. Love the material and it is so comfortable!

β β β β β Great ambience.. finally a retail space where I feel like my size and curves are embraced and I feel like a NORMAL woman! The aesthetic of the boutique at Bali lane was beautiful , I felt like Iβm in a different place. Farhanah served me with great professionalism and warmth. She knew the right fit for my body and I left the store with more than what I planned to get because yup, you never know that your body might thank you for that.
