I started renovating my place since last Dec and wallpaper was the last item to be installed. Thanks to Wallaffairs completed my home right before CNY at last minute order. The finishing look is amazing transforming my home to an elegant feel by the wallpaper recommended. Thanks again to the sales person (Apple? Sorry if I spelled wrongly) and your friendly installers for the great job done... Thanks a million.

Visited their cosy showroom after some exchanges and very impressed with their friendly service and workmanship at my place during installation.... Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is below average. The workmanship wasn't that good either. The joint lines are very visible. Each and every visitor to my house spoke about the highly visible joint lines. When I asked about the joint lines and if anything could be done to rectify them, the reply I got was, " it is a cheap wallpaper".
It was a $210/roll and $230/roll Korean wallpaper. We installed a total of 6 rolls with a layer of primer, which was recommended by Wall Affairs (The primer wasn't necessary at all as advised by 3 suppliers I spoke to).
A similar wallpaper was installed at my parents home by another supplier and it was a perfect job. No visible lines can be seen.
Moreover, just after a mere 3 months of installation, the wallpaper started peeling off. When asked to rectify, it took almost 2 months to get the rectification done. All I got was, "We are very busy".
I really regret choosing Wall Affairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment was canceled last minute, set at 10am, called at 10.10am to reschedule to next week which is cny eve. Reason was shipment was delayed. Totally unreliable. And I did call a day before to discuss abt the wallpaper work.
