★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice coffeeshop with good food. What's not so nice is the smoking area is right in the middle of the eating area (instead of by the side)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is reasonable. Got new nasi lemak new store that sells nasi lemak at $2.50. The lotong, mee Siam sold out too early. Have not get to eat them. Cleanliness is average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical neighborhood coffeeshop with some decent stores. My fav it the Viet Corner (serving nice Pho, Bun Thit and Bahm Mi), but have other decent stores as well.
Seating there is however quite weird with the smoking area in the center instead on one of the sides, making it difficult to avoid cigarette smoke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Longstanding food court in the area. There are appoximately 12 stalls comprising halal and non-halal food. Drinks stall opens early in the morning. There are plenty of seatings, about 120 pax (all indoor porched with ceiling fans).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It boasts of some of the best food in the area from their Vietnamese, Laksa and Zi Char. It used to have some of the best HK roast but the store owners have recently retired... what a loss.
The Viet food is one of the nicest in the area. My kids would always order the Banh Mi but the waiting time can be longer during meal times. They have nice pho too.
For the Zi Char store, it was rated the top 25 of best food/hawker stores in the west in a recent poll. Go early to avoid the queue or call in to place your order. My family loves their Sang Mee (crispy noodles with sauce) and also their Sang Lao (sliced fish, bean sprouts and white Kway Tiao). The other favourite was the fried Taro Ring. They have few nice signature dishes too to explore.
My family's favourite is the fishball noodle store that served the best laksa in the area. The broth is thick, creamy and rich. It is all about the sauce. We also love their bak chor mee and fishball noodle - with a hint of sweetness.
There are also chicken rice, western food, new Malay food store, economic rice and vegetarian store too. It is quite a collection but do expect crowd (and waiting) during meal times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar concept to Kopitiam. There are about 10 to 11 stalls seeking different kinds of food including Korean BBQ, Vietnamese food and also HK roast Meat. Pretty contemporary in terms of such international food being available in a coffee shop. Food taste good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We discovered the place in search of Vietnamese food.
This place is one of the nice coffee shops in Bukit Batok area. It offers wide variety of good quality cuisines, home made drinks are also good.
The price is competitive.
One thing they can improve is the smoking area, seems like it is not well isolated.
