Call 8 days in advance and slots are already fully booked. Maybe I should call them everyday until the appointment card is at their branch???? Defintely won't continue to sign a package with Wanyang once my package has finished.
A	Al. T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s at a reasonably quiet corner of Thomson Plaza. Masseurs apply decent pressure and it’s worth a try. If you like to have a quiet time relaxing on a 40-min foot massage, it’s worth a try but u definitely can find cheaper options elsewhere. For those who like stronger pressure for foot massage, I think this is a good choice, other cheaper options may not offer a proper sequence during the massage.

The lady on the phone was not able to give me a slot or can only give a slot for back massage when I asked for foot and back. She even hung up before we ended talking. Extremely ill-mannered. Has the management changed or boss has changed? What happened???

G	G P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masseus spent half the time of my massage trying to hard sell me a Pegasus Knee Supporter. I appreciated his concern and recommendation. But when I eventually declined to buy it (2 for $250+) after all that hard selling, he scoffed at me. That was really annoying. I left the shop more tense than when I first entered.
B	B Sherman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been going to Wan Yang for more than 10 years. We especially like this outlet at Thomson Plaza as they have always offered good service. But our recent visit was most disappointing.. the masseuse seemed disinterested and looked visibly bored and unwilling the whole time. He was basically massaging the air and applying moisturizer. The receptionist told us to just tell him to press harder next time, but he wasn't even using a good technique or pressing at the right spot.. what's the point of applying more pressure? Also his face was looking so grumpy, we don't have the mood to talk to him. We will be trying out other outlets, really hope they don't disappoint too.
P	P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's the point of buying a package when most of the time you call, 1. there's no one to pick up or 2. occasionally when it's answered, there's 9 of of 10 times that you can't book a slot even 1 week in advance due to shortage of staff. And I book for weekdays afternoons, not weekends 3. In a rare occasion when I got an appointment at Thomson, the masseur (younger of the 2 ) is so lousy. His skills is bad, his attitude is worse. There's no pressure when he presses, and when you asked him (nicely) to increase pressure, he got offended and took revenge by pressing with all his might. The unfortunate thing is I still have sessions in the package to be completed, else I would never go back to Wan Yang at all.
