โ โ โ โ โ Extremely disappointed. Hard sell and bought the package, but itโs super hard to make appointment. Called during weekend to book for next weekend, and they said itโs full. When request for following weekend, they said the appointment schedule is only open for 1 week. However, itโs always full whenever we called to book for next weekend. The slots available are only 10.30am or 8pm. Why hard sell when you donโt even have slot available? Please think twice before you sign package with them.

โ โ โ โ โ Worse reception experience. Female receptionist Unhelpful and unwilling to offer suggestion or alternative. Unable to book appt for multiple weeks even when I call at 11 am one week before. Receptionist likes to waste people time by asking you to confirm the date again when you ask for next Friday appt.

โ โ โ โ โ Massage was bad, the "therapist" didn't change his pressure even after I asked thrice. Pricing was a little expensive, $48+ for 40 mins of foot massage and it wasn't even good. But the main reason I gave one star was they tried to hard sell their packages.
Extremely bad experience, and I'll never return. I suggest you don't come here either. Save your money and go somewhere else, or throw your money in the trash, it'll still be a better experience than coming here.

โ โ โ โ โ I am editing my earlier review on this place having had the package for a while now. The therapist s are generally very good , but you can expect hard selling of packages and once you take package itโs hard to book an appointment, whenever I call they say itโs full even on a weekday , so itโs going waste for a while now.

โ โ โ โ โ Masseuse are always constantly good. Bought a package for back massage. Appreciate that Iโm fixed in 20 mins! Haha. A little pricier than normal but efficient.

โ โ โ โ โ Difficult to book a massage slot. The booking is only open one week in advance and even when we call first thing in the morning when the oultets are opened, we are told that all the slots are already taken. We are left stranded with thousand dollars worth of massage package but not able to use because we are not able to book a slot.

โ โ โ โ โ I do not recommend at all. I find it so absurd that it was so easy to make a booking which is prior half hour to my phone call for my 1st foot massage with them BUT once you sign up their package, there are hardly any slots for you. I tried it weekdays or weekends, the receptionist will answer you "Sorry no more booking slots" . It is just hard not to think that they have saved up customer contact numbers which has a package in apologising for not having any booking slots but for new callers, they have a standby therapist ready to ask you to come down for the foot massage. If not, I cannot understand my several attempts in failing to make an appt with my package. You guys can try and let me know if I am wrong

The blanket they used to put on my shoulders for the massage was used by previous customers. I realized it after the therapist began.
Massage was ok. The therapist didn't seems to know what he is doing. Super fast and mild. Not my expectations for a reflexology massage.
