Well, I went back there a week ago (early May, 2021) Unfortunately, my siblings and I were thoroughly disappointed. The texture of the noodles were not as good as before. We suppected that they did not change the room temperature water at the side frequently for blanching the noodles. So, the noodles looked like one clump not loose sitting on the plate. Now I will only give 2 1/2 stars.
