★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there at 8:45 am , because I saw an online recommendation, I was afraid of long queue, it seems that I'm not the only one.
Eventually they open at 9:30.
Seriously I do not know the standard of fellow Singaporean when it comes to food.
If this is considered as five star, you all have really live your life in vain.
I guess I really can't blame anyone, coz there isn't any more nice mee Soto or mee rubuse in this era.
When sugar is not part of the cooking ingredient.
Where is the peanut and potato mash created sauce for the mee rubus ?
one star because after the hype from the online recommendation, it totally disappoint me.
This is just a so-so food stall.
To those people recommending it online, please don't waste our time !!
If you don't know what is really called good food, you should resign!!
Readers here can ignore my review, you can be your own judge.
Update..

I may not know how to use the internet but I do know how to eat and judge.
I am no Vietnam boy, I am true blue Singaporean, not sure what happen to my profile.
I live here long enough to be in the era when food in hawker centre was of real quality ingredient, when meat do not have frozen taste, or prawn being tasteless because they are frozen or no fresh, or cheaper stuff are being used ..
When food are cooked in fully traditional, honest manner.. not adding sugar to make it sweet, or faking a sense of the soup being thick by adding rice paste.
So don't tell me, I don't know how to evaluate Singapore food..
Is okay for food sold here to be average, because that just how things develop. Profit over taste,or simply a lost of skill.
but don't anyhow recommend to others, if you never taste the real thing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally got my hands on this — they’re only opened three days a week (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)! The mee soto was heavenly, soup was packed with a ton of flavour. Noodles done just right. Bergedil was lightly flavoured and all ready to soak up that glorious broth. The serving portion was quite generous for my $3.50 bowl of mee soto with bergedil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Bee Hoon solo. Soup is very flavouring - thick chicken broth with nice spice and nutty taste. Bee hoon is cooked to perfect texture - not too soft nor hard and they don't clump together. Chicken meat - tender and fresh. I won't say it is the best BUT it is definitely one of the top bests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bee Hoon Soto. Opening only 3 days a week, I knew I had to come and get a taste of this elusive Bee Hoon Soto. And I'm glad I did, the broth taste as good as it looks from the picture though they do not have the elevated version of having the chicken shreds in a drumstick, that would have sealed the deal for me.
