★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send in for changing Filter and clean service total bill $250 was told send back in 1 week. But waited 2nd week call to check when are they sending back. Told two days time before a day call me and tell me some of the item spoiled is best replace it . Charge me another $50. I am a regular customers hv been using for years and servicing and repair. Really lousy standards. After this is done will be the last . Getting better ones .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! I don’t usually write reviews but WasserTec deserves one! I have been supporting them for years now and i’ve never been let down! Firstly, the dispensers which I bought were all fantastic!
Secondly, the customer service is out of this world! The staffs which helped me in servicing were all friendly and knowledgeable! I know there are A LOT of brands out there but WasserTec is definitely the best to me! ?
