- Kept coming up with excuses to cancel appointments AFTER the timing of the meeting, did not have the decency to inform before the event, I had to contact them to get the excuse
- deferred 5 appointments
- have the misfortune of having a pump under warranty from them. Guess that's money i'm never getting back
- refusing to answer calls now
literally any other pool company would be a better choice
