★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The HDB flats here are at good location as they are very near the water way point shopping mall & Punggol MRT station. Moreover, the jogging track beside the waterway enable the residents to walk / jog to maintain their fitness by just walking down from their flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The architecture of the building is something you either find it awful or awesome. Subjective. It's an award-winning design though. The estate is just one road across Waterway Point shopping mall where you can find everything you need such as 24hr NTUC fairprice, Daiso, shopping, eating, movie, banks, kid enrichment center and clinics. The shopping mall is directly connected to Punggol MRT. If a shopping mall is too typical for you, you can opt to buy your groceries from Sheng Siong, eat at a coffee shop nearby, cycle or jog along the park connector and beautiful punggol water way in front of the estate. All in all, the location of this estate is awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst design ever, once you're lost in the cp trying to find your car and don't remember the lobby, that's it for you. it's probably design by some interns or some one who only cares about aesthetics and doesn't know anything ergonomics.tbh the looks is also very outdated. facade of the whole development is not maintained, feel like those apartments in Malaysia.
