β β β β β Range of products is decent , but the service is more than lacking. The cashier ( a Chinese woman with short hair) disregards customers and even told me to ring the bell instead of approaching her (when she was right next to me). Overall experience was unpleasant (she disregarded discounts, frowned and spoke in a monotone, slammed the bell in front of me and so on).

β β β β β I 200% agree with the other review written about this short hair wearing specs Chinese salesgal, who has serious attitude problems. Very unfriendly, impolite & the whole world owes her something. Definitely in the wrong line of job as sales/cashier. Business at west coast plaza is already very brisk yet with such attitude problems in service, this outlet is destined to shut down or should i say, it should actually shut down immediately. Avoid it as you dont need to spend $ For attitude issues.
