Watsons Singapore (Head Office) - The Concourse

Delivery 3 days late. Everything slimy and sticky due to leaked shampoo. Missing items. Nobody picks up phone. Nobody responds to email and Messenger.

How can a company like Watsons fare so badly with their Customer Service and Online Platform reviews, it baffles me. I think it is appalling to see a company with more than 100 stores islandwide to score so many one star ratings. Customer service sucks. Period. Buy online at your own risk and good luck if you encounter any issues (walk-in to their outlets inclusive) and try to get some form of assistance from their so called Customer Service. Suggest patronizing other similar shops and it would save you from lots of hassle and frustration. Big thumbs down to the Management.

Good luck if you have any issues with their delivery service. No response to email after stating what was the problem. Tried calling and being put on hold for 1hr, with a repeated recorded message "your call is important to us" - yeah, seriously? Posted on Watsons FB and got a reply that they will follow up via PM. After providing them with order number and contact number, silence... I would give zero stars if I could.

Came in to write a bad review to realize there were already so many bad reviews. Bought from their online store and was "forced" to choose a delivery time slot. But in the end, they TOTALLY ignore my choice and sent earlier without informing. So why the F did you ask people to choose the delivery time slot if you're just gonna ignore it and send it out as you like??????

SUPER POOR SERVICE. Ordered some products online and did not deliver (without informing that item is out of stock). Tried to call, message and communicate via live chat. Don't really care, not even provide option for customer. Promise to call back, but did not. I paid for the membership just for nothing.

Don't order from Watsons Online - I ordered on 16 Aug for 20 Aug delivery and still have not received and now 23 Aug (7 days). The alarming thing about this is in my account - its status is marked as "Delivered" and even received an email that it was "on its way" on the day but didnt receive. I heard nothing from them and had to follow up. Lucky my house got camera to capture that no delivery is being made. Please beware

Did not even receive my parcel since 15th June and both Watsons and Ninjavan are really absurd in their customer service area. There are so many red flags for customers who want to receive their items urgently based on the selected date and time but Watsons and Ninjavan keep on dragging the delivery issue and their only reason was the scanning issue. Like hello, Singapore addresses really so difficult to locate and the Ninjavan hub cannot fulfill? Will not patronise again online!

Indeed Watsons Online Store certainly make customers feel Scammed. Watsons App is seemingly a Fraud with Totally UNTRUE Information on Delivery. Twice, it shows a Delivery Date with NO intention to have goods delivered. Till this day, it still shows Order Shipped when in reality, NOTHING is delivered since Nov 2021! Its Customer Service is a Hopeless Case. It either ignores email on Refund or outright LIE! Its Chat Line says Refund takes 2-4 Weeks, then become 4-6 Weeks. Since Non-Delivery in November 2021 till now Mid January 2022 – almost 8 Weeks, absolutely NO Update n NO Refund received. Unbelievable how Watsons is allowed to operate an Online Store to take Customers’ money and deliver NOTHING nor Refund! Since Watsons Management allows such Deceitful practice, customers who are cheated should report CASE, Police, email Members of Parliament, Newspapers etc. to make the public AWARE of Watsons Online Store Deceitful Practice. On Facebook, Trustpilot and here, every complaint proves Watsons Online Store to be a True Disgrace to Singapore, surely a Government body has the power to shut Watsons Online Store, to protect consumers.
