Smaller than Guardian and not as strategically located. It's at the end of the mall and easy to miss.

The girl told me to wait a moment x 3-4 times (about 20-25 mins), she said “I will get back to u.” I gave her chance maybe they couldn’t find the items then at one moment.. but then later I found the girl was busy at the cashier, which she nvr helped me to check for my missing items!! Was very fed up with them! Confronted her immediately.

I have one of those loyalty cards for Watsons so whenever I might need something they stock, I make a mental note to pop in and look for it. This location is crammed full of stuff, like all the others, and you'll need to stay alert to let other shoppers through the teensie narrow aisles to browse, but it is a fairly good store to find different things like personal care items, first aid, Tiger Balm products, hair care and eyecare, etc. This trip I just needed a couple things. Their "queue here" signs on the floor are all worn off so while I am familiar with how their "get in line" system works, other customers were not. I ended up letting a couple people go ahead of me because they were confused. Probably would be nice if they made the lining up area a bit more obvious and refreshed the signage. Anyway, the cashier was extremely patient with me while I dug my wallet from the time-tunnel-basement-secret cavernous-enclave of my backpack! She didn't mind waiting for me to put away my change, either. Whew! It was nice to ne helped by a patient person. This made my small purchase a pleasant one. Thank you, Watsons.

wife bought a lip balm there, only noticed after back home that it had expired half a year ago. Referring to the response from Watson, for more than half a year you failed to remove an expiring merchandise from the shelf, and yet expect a customer to go down to your store again within 7 days to correct your negligence. Even 1 star rating is too much.
