★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, unresponsive staff. Although timing says open at 11am, they were not ready until 12pm. They were serving other customers first, although we were earlier. My husband and I were ignored mostly even after we paid. We couldn't take a menu, we didn't even get a stove until much much later. It was not crowded at all because we came early. Sorry but will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD!!! My friend make an reservation and the person said can came at 8pm onwards. Came down and was told that no foods no much ingredients. We asked again and they said got seats then we already have seats and wait another hour. LOL. But can busy serving other customers and going around asking whether want to replenish more foods. Joke. Waste my trip and never coming back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reached the place, paid and realised that people preparing the food and serving us were all not wearing mask and using their bare hands to prepare the food. Food were mostly not ready at all. Came all the way down from Sengkang and requested for the crayfish but during the 1.5h of lunch, the crayfish never came despite requesting for several times. Waste of time, do not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful of the crayfish, some of them have rot. Staff service wasn’t very pleasant, location is quite humid and bad too. Therefore, wasn’t worth the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WBL aka 忘不了 Mookata & BBQ is a thai style “inverse steamboat”, with a combination of bbq and steamboat.
Unlike the usual Chinese steamboat setup where the soup is in the centre and the grill area by its circumference, the Mookata hotpot has its grill area at its centre and soup at the peripheral.
Besides the Mookata items, you can order bbq items. They even include seafood like crayfish.
Pricelist for cheese Mookata buffet:
Lunch: $13.80 per pax
Dinner: $23.90 per pax
(Additional $3 for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, eve of Public holiday and Public Holidays)

The only slightly sad thing is the thai milk tea finishes so i had oni 1 cup of it before changing to orange juice.
2 pax for $45.80 for a Friday dinner, it is totally worth a trip .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food generally is not bad. The pork is nice but the beef is kind of dry. Cheese dip is yummy too. Be careful of the pricing though. Lunch is supposedly to be $16.80 but the stallholder didn't explain properly that if we order anything from the seafood section then dinner pricing will be charged. It's better just not to served seafood during lunch so that there'll not be any confusion in pricing or else it might leave a bad taste for the customers.
