Keeps pestering my company through cold sales calls and then resorts to vulgarities when we are not interested. Disgusting people!

Despite patience with them, we burnt money without even a wee bit of improvement. Total waste of time and money.

Dishonest company that pesters my company non stop about our Google campaign and even told us they were representing an agency which they were not. I am appalled such things can happen and have since informed Google about it

The worst company in the world! Be careful of them, cheat money, never put the agreed amount on Google adv, refuse to provide Google report. but if you do not pay them whatever they asked, they will sue you.

I have been doing Ads myself for my business, up till I met up with one of the lady Carin from webnatics . I realised how much my mistakes was costing me by not being able to optimise it. Anyways fast forward 4 years, service and dedication has been pretty consistent. Keep up the good work.

I’m always skeptical regards to engaging a good digital company due to multiple bad experience in the past. However, Webnatics had proven their expertise and capabilities. This is the 2nd year with them on SEM service and I’ve decided to also assign them to work on my SEO. It had been great working with them and I’m looking forward to grow our business with Webnatics hand in hand.

We engaged Webnatics for SEM services for about 8 months. After 8 months, I can conclusively say that they have caused more harm than good. Firstly, when they took over the campaign, our bounce rate and time on site decreased significantly, while they overbid for the CPC. We were lucky we caught this early. Their response was that it took time for their so called artificial intelligence to optimize our ad set. After much probing, I got them to admit that the initial ad set was not based on data analysis of our past ad performance, but rather it is completely arbitrary. We took it as a genuine mistake and let them continue with the SEM. A few months down the road, we realised that they had yet again bid against our instructions. We told them to cap the bid at $1, but they bid up to $13.43, which is an appalling waste of our ad budget. We did not want to pay, but we realised that our own AdWords account was held ransom. They had removed our administrative rights and we had no choice but to pay. Disappointing indeed
