β β β β β Cosy ambience at 210A Telok Ayer Road. I had my hair removal done here by a male therapist. Super friendly and professional and helped ease me in as this was my first time trying this out. Happy with the service quality and also comfortable environment so five stars!

β β β β β My first review on Google - Wellaholic Tg Pagar is located along Telok Ayer Street (210A level 2). First impression was already top notch as they took effort to decorate the stairwell area with so many photo frames. The ambience of the treatment area was also really nice.
Besides the environment I must say that the staff is a bunch of really friendly, professional folks. They took the effort to explain everything to me, and although I was slightly late for my appt, they did not hurry me.
All in all, I was truly impressed, and good efforts should deserve a good compliment!

β β β β β I guess this is the type of salon that would be fine to go for simple treatments like hair removal? However, if you're entertaining something more invasive such as micro needling on the face, I would expect to see certification of competency but the salon refused to show me that, with no reason at all? I would simply like to know if the person working on my face is competent with the derma pen, as the manufacturer offers certified microneedling training and certification as part of its education program. Disappointed that they are withholding this information, and surprised that others would just book a treatment without asking for this first. It's my face and I should have the right to know.

Before taking the sessions, the kind staff explained clearly the expectations, how SHR works, and pricing.
Treatment was smooth and I was even sleeping during the treatment.

Everything went very well which was a surprised for me because I have heard many stories of pain during treatment. Ryan (staff) was very professional and briefed me about the treatment before we started and heβs good throughout the treatment ensuring me along the way. Everything went very well. I will definitely recommend my friends who want to do any treatment that Wellaholic provide.
