Ever since we had started using WESS POS system for more than a year, our efficiency and productivity had increase. WESS POS system is user friendly as it allows us to login at any platform and a click of the functions, we can easily check customers profile and their sales record and other reports rapidly and our sales went up 20%. Furthermore, their E-receipt and hard copy receipt is well received by customers as it is simple and detailed to read on in terms on which treatments they had been administered and the amount they had paid.

Our experience with WESS has been amazing so far, the software makes running our outlets so much easier. It's simple to use yet powerful enough to manage our appointments, inventory, marketing etc. They have a great customer support team that never fails to smooth out any issues we face quickly and that's really helpful. The appointment booking feature in particular has made booking appointments a smooth process for our customers and we've seen a growth in the number of appointments booked increase by 15-20% which is really great!

Zero support once sales is done. Customer facing problem but not willing to help, forever say call back, very busy but never reply after that.. Messaging the robot on their website is also waste of time. Nobody call back at all even after leaving them.messqge . What's the point keep advertising for new customers when you don't have the Manpower or not interested to solves your existing clients problem. Strongly suggest to look elsewhere

Very fast in closing the deal. Very good at ignoring messages and delaying support. After purchasing, they require your help to go translate existing data to their template which took 1 week for migration. Asked for training which only happened after weeks. Commission scheme which cannot be amended ourselves took them over a month to implement. From purchase to actually being usable it will take you easily 3 months. Didn’t know in Malaysia we have a season where no work gets done. I wonder what Wess does for the remaining 3 seasons. Especially coming from a singaporean company. Felt like paying for air. Very bad service .
