โ โ โ โ โ Terrible customer service! If you own a small company, forget about their sales person paying any attention to you. Messages sent to them will not be replied, unless you try your luck again. Their reply will never be polite too. Sounds rude and insincere. Will never patronise again!

โ โ โ โ โ Very professional custom packaging and label design outfit. Fantastic customer service, especially for first time customers. West Cost Industries services the larger companies with bigger volume, so if you're a smaller outfit, their services might be less relevant to you.

If you are not interested in doing business with me please let me know at the start and stop wasting my time by being so slow with your replies and not answering my enquiries. Lily Teo was online most of the time but chose to last seen me instead of replying. Excuse you are my questions that hard to answer? I was genuinely interested in buying the products but the attitute from Lily Teo just turned me off. I have never met such a rude texter in my life.
