A very Industrial building. But will be confused if leave alone and look for the office.

Went for lunch here at Canteen 2

First time customers/visitors to West Park BizCentral: do take note that the entry for normal sedans to the building is before the Main Entrance indicated on Google Maps, and that for normal sedans, it is a MUST to park at the carpark located at the basement (indicated with a red signboard) even if you are visiting shops/offices on levels above Level 2. Had a nasty run-in with the security guards today as it was our first time at the building (though we are familiar with the layouts of other BizHubs/Industrial Buildings, where you can typically drive up and park in front of the shop you are patronising). First guard came and demanded that we move our sedan, which was parked outside the shop on a legit white parking lot. As my partner was in the shop and I do not drive, I apologised and politely asked where we could park instead - telling him multiple times that it is indeed our first time here, but that I will call my partner to come out asap. He then witnessed and heard me calling my partner to come out urgently to repark - there was no debate about it. I asked again where we should park (I genuinely did not know!) but he rudely refused to tell me, and told me to "wait". Soon after, his supervisor/senior arrived on a motorcycle, and started rudely yelling at me to "move in 2 mins". Again, I tried explaining that "I'm sorry, we will definitely move when my partner comes as I DO NOT DRIVE. He is already coming out." Again, I asked, "So sorry, but where can we park?" Perhaps due to cultural differences or past experiences, he probably thought I was trying to be sarcastic or funny, and was even nastier than before. All he could just do, even rudely, was to say "NO, ONLY PARK DOWNSTAIRS CARPARK LOT". But he refused to tell me where to park...which I honestly believe was due to him mistakenly thinking I was trying to be funny. He also claimed there was a barrier blocking the ramp we came up on....but there was none, neither was there a sign else we would not have persisted. Throughout my half hour there, I also noticed other non-heavy vehicles (small vans and lorries) coming up so it did not occur to me that only heavy vehicles could come up. On the other hand, I understand that he will probably be reprimanded if he did not ask me to move. That, I get. But perhaps more obvious signboards can be placed to improve the UX a little.

Very futuristic and spacious building indeed with ample parking lots.

Usual food outlet with 2 canteen spread across.

2 kopi tiam located in this Biz park. One located at front entrance (currently closed for renovations). Another one located behind. Stalls included cai fan, Thai food, ban main noodles, chicken rice stall, nasi padang and Indian food.

Something wrong with the parking Charge. I went to Canteen II for lunch 01 Apr 2022 enter@11:11am and exit@11:37am, the deduction is $2.53!

Good ambient on the renovated food centre. Outlets are usual variety of food to fulfill individual hungry factor.
