And i went there to collect the money rushing...it said
Open 11am and close 9 pm..i went there only 7:35 pm..just to collect money and they said close..seeinv there just chatting.i went there for nothing knowing that i have still time.just waste my time.

β β β β β I went to get cash from my brother in US, present my driving license also show IC in my SingPass Application on the phone. She decline to acknowledge the driving licence, also IC on SingPass saying that is for government offices only. I just said, I will tell all my relations not to use WU nx time.

β β β β β The Thai lady is great. Her female colleague however (Ms. Vik, Malaysian) became very rude and argumentative after she rejected my drivers license and I mentioned that I have used it with WU for the last 20 years. "I asked you once nicely" explaining her authoritarian attitude towards me.
Totally unacceptable behaviour for a person in the service industry. A disgrace for Western Union. Will use other outlets in future. Kaki Bukit is ok, Golden Mile is great.
