β β β β β Should go here if you want to avoid crowds during evenings on weekdays. There are 2 branches within the building. If you see one crowded, you can go to the other which is just near by. But it is very slow.

β β β β β Poor service , when I told them I personally know the person I'm sending my money to, they still request for a photocopy of my friend's IC. And ended up couldn't transfer the money. Thanks but no thanks. Will not recommend.

β β β β β Worst staff ever. Before receiving money I was asked if I know the amount, I told her I am not too sure. She said no worries I will check for you, then she gave me 350$ and told me thatβs it you can leave. I was a bit sad as I thought I had received more, however, on the way to the door I noticed that I didnβt even sign anything and went back and asked for a confirmation. She Got nervous gave it to me and I see I had received 500$. I told her and she apologized for the mistake and gave me the rest of the money. I realized what she had planned to do, thatβs why she asked me from the beginning.
ALWAYS ASK FOR A CONFIRMATION!! Not coming here again for sure!!

β β β β β There was 5 of us queueing on line, there were 4 tellers. And it took me 30mins waiting... service is very slow. Sending/receiving money is even the slowest, like it takes a day before they can receive it if u send it from overseas??? Western union, so so so left behind...

β β β β β The worst Western Union outlet in Singapore, internet wrote closing hour at 2100hrs. But they close door 1930hrs, the Philipino staff are very rude, cannot even come to us for direct us to nearest WU outlet. Just standing inside showing hand sign, Hope the management of WU sent their staff for some classes to get to know the Singapore Culture.

β β β β β I went here today, the app have problem, I try to do more than 10 times. I asked for their help but they said need to wait tmr. I have the emergency case and I want to send money to my hometown. They never help and said can transfer with 80$ charge for transfer fee. Is it your service? Very good. Try to take it more if you can. Worst service.

β β β β β Don't transfer with Western Union! In the last 365 days, USD->SGD never fell below 1.32. In last month (including my transfer date), never fell below 1.35. Guess what WU's exchange rate was? 1.15!! That's at least 14% less than smallest in last month. This is crazy on top of their service fee.
