★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is by the street and quite easy to find. When you get out of the Chinatown MRT, take a U turn and you will find it near a McDonald's. BTW, you cannot remit money directly to a US bank account. For some other Asian countries of receiver, direct remittance to bank account is acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience there. The teller and even the manager was very rude. No customer service ethics at all..let alone helpfulness when we have problem collecting the money due to the name was not exactly as the ID shown. Western union in USA only asked for First name and last name while for Chinese names there are 3 names. The last name is the family name and will always be shown first. So it didn't match up. Anyway, just horrible experience and wasted time letting them know your problem when all they can say.. I am just a worker there and cant help you! Hahaha anyway Western union charges much lower rates for exchange rates! Won't use western union again!
