I called them to ask if they sold a particular whisky since it was not listed in their website. But their customer service was atrocious, the lady I spoke too was both rude and impatient. She wasn’t clear in her questions and kept trying to redirect me elsewhere when I already clearly told her what I was looking for.
Maybe their online service is great, but it’s probably not worth making a trip down to their shop if this is the kind of people they have behind the phone.
