★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ivy is an experienced, bubbly, caring and patience nurse who never fail to attend to the "problems" of my wound no matter how busy her schedule is. She will rush down to assess and resolve the issue. On days she is not able to make it, she will ensure that the wound will not be affected by guiding me through phones/whatsapp to solve it. During the wound cleaning, she makes me feel comfortable and forget about the discomfort that i have during the cleaning process. She is also very accomodating to my schedules and location for wound dressing as I am working. Thanks to her 5 star service, my wound is recovering well and definitely they deserve a 5 star rating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse Ivy came to my place for post-op change of dressing. She is very friendly, cheerful and professional in her job. She checks in with me regularly to make sure my dressing is still in good condition. I felt very well taken care of and reassured to have her taking care of my wound :)

In the midst of the pandemic, home care would be a good option for patients to get their nursing needs attended.
