Received a call on 29th june 2016 to drop by for a school tour on 30th june 2016 at 9.30am, however when we arrived, receptionist claim that the person in charge is not around, therefore we were ask to wait for 20mins outside the centre.
(The principal is in the centre between 9.30am to 10am)
At 10am, we were informed that neither the person in charge/ principal nor the receptionist remember making an appointment with us. Upon verification (call log), the principal confirmed that it was the centre's number but they couldn't recall calling us down for a school tour and the school do not have vacancy for my child.
Im utterly disappointed with this kind service received from an education centre. No apologies was made!

During that time my father was sick And my mum had to take care of him so we were really desperate looking for a childcare nearby for my then 18 mths baby. The receptionist was very helpful after listening to our plight and took immediate action to try to check for a vacancy. My child was enrolled into the childcare within 2 weeks. I am very thankful for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an educator, I looked for a childcare that would align with my values and philosophy in education. And I found them at Kampung Senang Whole Child Nurture Centre. I wanted my child to have a childhood - where she not only could play, but also learn about life in loving and holistic ways. Where she could learn from adults through their interactions and their engagement with life tasks e.g. doll making, gardening, sweeping, decorating. The teachers are gentle and and they serve delicious plant-based foods. This childcare also features exceptional chinese speaking teachers - which goes with my emphasis on mother tongue language learning.
