★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best aircon servicing company and cheapest in Sg, no joke. No overcharging. Mr Liu & team has cleaned my aircon for years, even after moving house I still called them. Aircon problems that were charged $1k by other company (cools*rve), was fixed professionally for $300. I trust Whole City Aircon Service because they always service professionally, they are nice and they are clean. Good job, Whole City team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turned up 40 mins early (9.50) and expected me to be home, rushed back to arrive home 20 mins (10.10) before the appointment time (10.30) and advised them i was back. They finally showed up at 10.55 when I told them I have to leave at 11.15 and only one of the 3 actually did any work and they never touched two of the units but still had the cheek to charge $70 and try to upsell me to do a chemical wash!
Your guys were too busy snooping around my place rather than working, never even washed the filter in the bathroom, one just went in there without the unit, closed the door and did god knows what before reappearing a few mins later.

I can't imagine I was told the aircon fan door spoilt is due to poor plastic quality and the door already got problem, whereby my aircon is still able to use without any issues and just need cleaning. My aircon fan door was spoilt by the service man. The in charge man can tell me his staff, who can not speak or understand Chinese, told my elderly parents (they only understand Chinese) about the issue. This is extremely bad communication and assume customer acknowledge your mistake and bully they don't understand English to cover your mistake. When we called back the in charger man, he was finding excuse instead of acknowledging their service mistake and make recovery for their bad service.
