I ordered from 2 stalls at 430pm and stated from whyQ app that delivery will arrive by 715pm. At 705pm, the status was still at food preparing stage. When I called them, a guy named Kelvin said one of the stall which I ordered from was not available!! I have to wait for 2 and half hour to be told the food I ordered from one of the stall was not opened! If I have not call up to enquire, I do not know what will happen. I have to call them to ask about it, then was told the stall not open. I will have to order from another stall. This is the most ridiculous thing I hear. They should inform me as soon as they receive the order. Instead of getting my food at 715pm, I have to wait for another 1 and half to 2 hr for the food I have to order from another stall. Ridiculous!!! The process and system are really poor and customer service & staffs who manage this

The most unreliable platform. Food is always late. Last and final order came 2 1/2 hpurs late. No one we could cancel or talk with after more than 1 hour. 24 hours latee a person emailed to say hawker was overwhelmed with orders and weather was bad. Not at all true about weather as i live near hawker centre. She wrote again and offered up to $2 discount AFTER someone else had offered 10$ discount Not a platform to use if you want to have food in a timely manner especially if you have children waiting. 6.30pm means 8.55pm for food to arrive. Best to delist app as i have done

Have to agree the reviews given is very true and WhyQ is the worst food delivery platform. I put in a food order from hawker centre 20mins from my place. Delivery supposed to be between 630pm to 715pm; now 840pm and the food not delivered. Called the customer service twice and both times, they said driver is on the way and would reach in 15mins. Totally nonsense. Not worth ordering thru WhyQ, stick with Deliveroo/Foodpanda/GrabFood.

Terrible experience !! order at your own risk. I ordered because you said it will arrived before 1pm. However you change the delivery timing ! If you can't deliver what you promised ( AND YOU SHOULD ! ) then please do not accept the order. My whole family is waiting for the food. Still waiting for the and we are starving.

Absolutely horrible. Don't ever order from this place. Or order at your own peril. I had to call in 4 times at least for an order made slightly before 5pm for delivery between 6.30pm-7.15pm. Surely there's enough time, one would say? No. the order was repeatedly delayed, till it finally reached close to 9pm. Reasons given were: the rider is near the hawker centre, next is that it's raining, but the rider is halfway there, it will take another 15-20mins. And then later, again it was another 15-20mins. And then yet again, another delay. Finally, the person who queued for the food delivered it, bless him. They just couldn't find a rider and they refused to tell me, but kept delaying. They should have just told me earlier so that I could make a choice to cancel the order but nope, they did not and just kept giving excuses. They even tried to tell me they will compensate me. That's really not the point. Yet, it again shows how untrustworthy they are because no compensation (I assume some kind of refund) has been provided as of now. Frankly I don't care if I get a refund or anything along those lines now. Just don't bother to order through them.

I made an order for delivery between 12.30pm-1.15pm and having waited until 2pm the order didnt arrive, soon after I received a message that my order had been cancelled . When I called hotline to find out what's going on, the customer service agent said they were unable to locate the driver and had to cancel the order. I demanded an explanation and the person said she will get her manager to give me a call within the next 30min. It has been a few hours now and nobody called back to give an account of what happened to my order and why the driver can go missing!! Extremely horrible service and experience! Order from Whyq only at your own peril and if you're mentally ready to be cancelled upon at the last minute without being given any further explanation.

We're located 10 minutes away from the food centre that we ordered from, and the driver has been "out for delivery" for the past 1.5 hours. Granted he can be handling multiple orders but based on the distance based food centre availability, these orders should all be in the vicinity and neither should he be handling THAT many orders that warrants such a long lead time to reach my destination. Unless he's handling like 50 orders at one time with a lorry. Literally have to order and pray it arrives.

It's a horrible food delivery App for ordering food! Order 9am in the morning for delivery to be done at 12pm-1245pm. But was told there was delay, will delivered by 1.15pm. And now it's almost 2pm food is not here yet! Have been going to the App chat to check with the customer service asking if driver is reaching again and again what time will the food arrive! Keep pushing me off by telling me another 5 mins. Will never recommend this food delivery App! Please close it down!
