★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest seller that sells faulty XiaoMi Robot Vacuum cleaner. Had a hard time getting the seller for updates. When called them, I got scolded for asking for updates about my queries. They insisted that they have warranty for the item. Excuse me? The item was faulty to start. Why am I force to take a faulty product? Even when they took back the item, no updates but rude remarks were given over the chats. Now they want to force the faulty vacuum back to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unresponsive, item couldn’t even be switched on. Tried to contact the seller about this issue but was unresponsive for 4 days. Just kept giving the automated message for us to go down the office. Super irresponsible. Feel like just throwing the item away. Stay away from this seller.
