Explained that I have to go onsite to see that things are done up properly before I can pay, but still insisted have to pay immediately. Quotation is given randomly by staff and service given is not precise and accurate. In the end, took down my zip lines in one room to put up the new grills but found out could not put up the zip lines back again due to miscalculation. Staff sounded unhappy when I said I will have to pay $30 lesser due to this error.. Now one of my room has that new window grill but without the zip lines! Materials supplied were of the standard quality.
