We were looking to install motorized outdoor blinds and stumbled upon WindowsCozy Pte Ltd in Oct ‘20. Rackie from WindowsCozy arranged a non-obligatory on site quotation to accommodate our busy schedules. He was punctual on day of appointment and is a very friendly, cheerful and easy going person. We posed many questions (technical and structural due to design of my balcony) and there is no doubt that he is very knowledgeable in this industry. We must also add that he was very patient in answering all our ‘difficult’ questions and still maintaining the infectious laughters and smiles on his face all the time:) He has also kindly taken the extra miles to help us assess our condo staircases to confirm and try to accommodate, if possible our special request for just 2 huge panels instead of 3 smaller panels due to aesthetic reason. Rackie is very responsible and accommodating too. We wanted to go over to his showroom to look at his system and he has tried his best to accommodate our last minute request amidst his super busy schedules, rushing over from Tampines to Tuas and constantly keeping me updated via text and call on his arrival time due to delay caused by a bad traffic jam and was very considerate to also arrange his equally knowledgeable and friendly colleague to assist us prior to his arrival. My family would like to express our appreciations for his kind thought and effort:) WindowsCozy’s Japanese motorized Zipscreen system comes with silent motor and USA Phifer fabric. On top of the many great features, the most appealing factors are the 5 years warranty and it’s very reasonable pricing and of course without doubt, Rackie’s excellent customer service!
