Wink Capsule Hostel @ Chinatown - 8A Mosque St

Peaceful Environment. I stayed here in 3 nights and feel very comfortable. Everybody here is so so nice. Highly recommend.

The staff is super cool and patient. They take time to explain things clearly. The location is great, with lots of cheap places around to eat and an MRT station close by. Enough space for everyone to sit which is not the case in every Singapore hotel. The hostel was brilliant, kept clean by attentive staff, friendly reception greeting especially by Nelson and Tanoj, and well thought out facilities. We remove our shoes upon entry and store them in the rack provided. The entire shoeless space in the common space, rooms, toilet, and shower, makes the floor clean. The sleep pod, and linen are all clean. Would highly recommend this place!!

Very kindly staffs. Toilet and Shower Room doesn't separated. Located near Chinatown station. Have less USB ports and electrical outlets. I understand Singapore real estate is expensive, but I saw a small reptile under the bed locker. That's why I rate this hostel as not high.

Loved the experience here! It was my first time staying in a capsule hostel and I liked it! Bathrooms and showers were cleaned, enough toilet papers, AC ladies room, etc. I'll come back for sure.

I have travelled extensively around the world and stayed at many hostels over the years and I can honestly say that my stay at The Wink was one of my most memorable. The place is immaculately clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of secure storage underneath. On a previous trip to Singapore 3 years ago I stayed in Arab Street but I chose Chinatown this time and am so glad I discovered The Wink. I stayed longer than I initially planned because I enjoyed it so much.

during the pandemic I had rented a private room in a wink hostel. for 1 more year I rented here. in terms of cleanliness is indeed far from the standard it should be especially toilets. management is also very less concerned about customers. I have reported that the access card to open the door does not work and may be damaged. but no effort from management to repair it, only supply spare keys. then the management also at will increased the rental price rate without notice without notifying me in advance. just issue an invoice for the next month. I think this is unprofessional in maintaining relationships with customers. then during check out, the management also did not refund the deposit in full on the grounds that the price rate had been raised for the last month while I was renting here. In conclusion, the service at Wink Hostel is very bad. highly not recomended for customers to stay here.

Great hostel clean rooms, clean toilets & washrooms, nice kitchen. The staff is very cooperative. Had a great experience staying there. Will recommend you if you want to enjoy & live a city life there. Only thing that the breakfast is not provided due to COVID-19 restrictions. You have to bring your own food, your own washing powder to wash cloths. Also like the security cabinet for keeping our luggage and bags. No restrictions on coming in timing, you can come when ever at night and you can access the main and your room door lock with the same key you have.
