Quality of luggage is alright. (so-so only) Not really liking how there is only 1 staff in the entire store and the staff was rude as well. Whenever I had questions about the products, that lady staff was not helpful at all. She just kept asking me to go inside and look for the items myself. (with an extremely annoyed tone) I mean, I just asked her what colours are there for that specific luggage. And she acted like I pestered her and asked her 1000 questions lol. Then, when I asked her about the durability of the luggage, she kept saying that it will not be her fault if the luggage is ever damaged. What I see is what I get and that when I stepped out, no matter what happens to the luggage would be entirely my fault. (There's absolutely no warranty as well.) I purchased from their house brand, not other brands, so why must she treat me so rudely? Then, she tried to demonstrate how good the luggage is (using the one sold to me) when I did not even request to see. She started spinning the luggage a lot of times until it hit other objects at the side so i asked her to STOP. She then pulled the handle and start to pull and push it around. Absolutely rude. Wouldn't recommend anyone to this horrible shop. That auntie was a disaster.

The bag is affordable price with good quality. The sales guy knows the products well. 2nd time to purchase, for sure will be back to buy for my younger boy.
