Very bad customer service, without reception. I called several times and the singapore line is routed to London with faint voices. I left message and nobody calls back.

Happy New Year. This incident was in fact a couple of months ago, which was an amusing encounter I'd like to share when making some deed poll queries. I used to have my name changed here,; however its been over 5 years hence the difficulty in tracking that poll in question which is totally understandable. What took me aback was the blatant condescending attitude of one Ms Tjioe, who quoted me " it will cost $500 to have your name changed, because we are now an 'Ang Moh' firm with an ang moh name" (they used to be known as just Khattar Wong & Partners) hahaha...guess what? I HAVE the means to pay for it, but your crude, patronizing representative just ruined that. It's amazing there are still people with such outdated Pinkerton syndrome at this day and age. And for the record - it's the 21st century now. the only people who worship 'ang mohs' today are those from backward countries! .
