โ โ โ โ โ Linda is a very dedicated wellness coach. She will look into our individual pain issues and map out a plan for each individual. Her patience in guiding me on which practices to carry out, and frequently check on my progress has motivated me to achieve positive results. As a nutritionist, she will give us diet advices which helps many of us to lose the extra kilos. The practices or moves she suggested for us are not those vigorous exercises but gentle, flowy movements accompanied with much awareness. I like her method and will encourage anyone who wish to lose weight or reverse degeneration to gain pain free mobility to work with Linda. Itโs not easy to find such a dedicated and caring coach nowadays! ?

She is not only knowledgeable but also takes time to share specific exercises for each of us to help us heal from our individual pain issues.
She also strives to make our classes varied and enjoyable and is very encouraging. ??

โ โ โ โ โ It is said that "A mediocre coach tells. A good coach explains. A superior coach demonstrates. And a great coach inspires". After a few sessions with Coach Linda, I was convinced that she is one of them. Linda is a dedicated coach, always simplify and explain clearly the concepts behind each exercises and is always there to give us diet advice to stay healthy. After a month of sessions with Linda, the "electric jolts" at my spine is totally gone and my spine is getting stronger.
If you have joint pain or backache issues, I hope, you too, will benefit from the practices taught by Coach Linda.
