Wonderful Salon

Just to extend my warning, never never never go to this salon, super horrible hair cut and the chin woman has super bad attitude. Additional comments, the Chin woman asked if I want to dye hair, said that there are a lot of white hair at the back, but i asked my family when I get home, the answer is no white hair... what a scam salon.

Told my friend who had the same hair length that a dye job would be $80-90. Told me another price instead. Very poor dye job. My fringe remained black while other parts of my hair was another colour. The colour that I ended up with wasn't even what I wanted and YET they charged me $188 "because it is shiseido". Tried to charge me additional $75 for my treatment even though it should be part of the package. Such poor service throughout the dyeing and the table was so dirty with hair all over, I didn't even dare put my phone on the table. The guy who serviced me was called Jerry at bukit batok outlet.

Very bad experience when I accompanied my cousin to go there. A Chinese staff keep critizing my cousin why drag the treatments for so long after signing up the package, and threaten her must come next week no matter how. Arrogant and very annoying. Since there is no deadline / expiry date for the package, and my cousin already fully paid it, so supposed it's up to her how frequent she uses it. This makes us rather to give up the rest of sessions than going there again.

The haircut was atrocious. First time I went the female hairdresser was okay. Doesn’t know how to do a proper “slope” but I was satisfied with the haircut. Asked me to buy the package but I said to give it some thought. Came back the second time, another male hairdresser attended to me because she wasn’t there. He didn’t know how to use the scissors “skillfully” let alone do a proper slope. Told him to give a slight trim at the fringe and a low slope. He literally shaved my whole head off like an nsf. I can hear another hairdresser behind trying to sell his packages to an old man who just wanted a normal cut. I feel like they care more on “sales” than the quality of the haircut. $5 haircut is cheap but there’s no quality. Go at your own risk.

Really terrible salon, sadly people that come here to write review, have obviously not seen the google reviews of others, otherwise they would not have gone to get scammed. I went to get a bangs hairstyle. The hair stylist called Jerry (China guy, from Shanghai) upsell me from the $5 haircut that i originally wanted, to do a treatment to close the fringe hair gap so i get a nice bangs for $30. Then while do the treatment, they were using paper to apply the chemical on my hair instead of the usual foil that salon will use. So unethical. Then after cutting, Jerry was convincing me to pay for a $180 package while his colleague at the counter was also convincing me that i can use it for perming/cutting/coloring for only $80-90 (but the actual price customers pay for is $188). He also added that the cost of cutting my bangs on that day will be free and added into the $180 package. So i got scammed into topping up $180 for what was only a $5 haircut. Terrible service from China people.

Jurong West ave 1 outlet - Scam. They bait u with cheap prices advertised outside and keep adding stuff u dont need. Pressure tactics . Had hair colour charged for $260 whereas on the board outside indicates below$30. They charged the same for my daughters hair $260 for cut and root touch up. Which we never asked for roots touch up. Asked me to take a package $5888.00 and they will waive of the $500plus cost for 02 persons. They kept on pressuring me with 4 other different packages all by the thousands. Ironic when u advertise $5 haircuts. Times are bad for everyone. Dont cheat like this.

Workers were more focused on trying to get a customer to sign a package and negotiations have gone on for 30mins. Instead of giving him time to consider they just keep pushing it on to him. 2 hairdressers on a man who wasnt even getting a haircut but a massage. Ridiculous, there are only 2 hairdressers. There are 4 other customers waiting to get a hair cut and have been waiting for over 40mins.

There were only 2 staff and one of them was busy styling a customer's hair, the other one was serving all the other people. Had to wait for 20 minutes even though there were 2 people before me, because that guy was trying to sell hair products and a 50 dollar membership card to every single customer. I asked to cut short but my hair was still quite long after the experience. they seem to be just trying to scam people. I won't want to come back here in the future.
