โ โ โ โ โ A very busy traditional Chinese medicine dispensary with internet savvy. You can email your prescription to them and pick them up 2hours later. They are constantly busy, constantly packing their herbs for clients, making it a good idea to send script online early otherwise you will have to wait. Herbs are very fresh.

โ โ โ โ โ Very busy shop selling herbs for traditional Chinese medicine.
You can bring your prescription here to get it filled (but you'll have to wait) or send them an email with a photo of the prescription ahead of time. The prescriptions get queued to be filled when they receive them, and it takes one or two hours depending on the volume. Longer around lunchtime because the staff take turns to have their lunch break and there are fewer people around.
Quality of the herbs is good Due to the high turnover, herbs are very fresh.

โ โ โ โ โ Cannot make it all. total time wasted 3hr plus. Staff underhand. No sense of urgency whatever they do. Still joke around inside their clinic despite the crowd are waiting outside for HOURS and with frustration. Avoid at all cost, If you don't mind waiting.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poorly managed medical hall. Sent them an medical recipe for them to prepare the herbs bia email. Have been doing so for years. Now (nov 2021), i am told their email spoilt and computer spoilt !!! In this day and age with the decades of reputation behind it, you would expect better management. Packed with shop helpers who have โi dont careโ attitude. MOH should also review their cleaniness and herb authenticities.
