I had been used to watching TV before going to bed and slept well. However Screens teaches us to have at least an half an hour of no TV before sleep. What do I do for 30 minutes before sleep? I was advised to do some reading. I was sure I would feel sleepy trying to read bedtime. But I was wrong. Now I enjoy reading before bedtime wide awake for an hour at times before going to bed. I still get up feeling refreshed!
