UPDATE: During this season of the pandemic, the stadium has been limiting the number of users and segmenting the facility for various uses. I applaud the staff who have been friendly and helpful, monitoring the traffic in and out of the stadium. For walkers / joggers / runners wanting to use the tracks for the first time, you choose between inner (first 3-4 lanes) and outer (last 3-4 lanes). The outer lanes also give you access to the fitness stations on the outer perimeter. ***** This stadium has been part of the Woodlands New Town when development started in the late 80s early 90s. It has been kept clean and orderly, with onsite restrooms accessible at the foot of the stadium seating. The rubberised track is a joy to jog, run or walk on. You can get out there as early as 5am to get some exercise before the sun rises. The track is a good way to measure the distance you covered. There are exercise stations on the perimeter of the track and the stadium steps are great for training too.

Run, pull ups, some wood ? u can lift, sit up. Inclined pull up.

Stadium is open to the public for people to come to use. Though the place is extremely warm in the afternoon and deserted hence a good spot to practice sprints and casual running.

Not easy to find your way around the facilities but the showers are good in the men's changing rooms

Great place with lot of activities by ActiveSG for youngsters . Check their website to know more. Nice running track amd lot of people come for jogging in morning and evening.

A very clean stadium and the staffs are very kind and friendly too. The people at the entrance are very courteous during the entry checks. The ActiveSG soccer coaches are the best indeed, they really know how to motivate and encourage the young players, well done for the great effort coaches! ??????????
