★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new bus interchange, spick and span. Only problem is the location of the toilet which is at one end of the long building. Another problem is the customer service only for a certain bus co. only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think is better to have a rubbish bin because I saw a guy left a cup of coffee on top of a fire extinguisher . Also people who say they have tap their bus card it not really tap although the bus driver say to tap they just ignored the driver it not fair to other .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can you make your driver on time? Be more disciplined? I waited for 168 almost 30mins of waiting.. can you answer it if we are late for work? I'm disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so much space, which is good. my only complaint is the main passenger alighting area .. where it can be quite a distance to walk all the way towards the direction of the MRT Station.
there's also this food stall simply named "Nasi Padang" (01-24) which serves surprisingly good tasting malay food at decent prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus interchange walking distance to Woodlands MRT Causeway Point Civic Centre with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets library cinemas entertainments groceries sundries postage services community centre and amenities nearby. Bus services including Direct express buses to Sengkang Tempines in addition to neighbourhood heartland of Woodlands Marsiling Admiralty Kranji Sembawang Yishun Khatib even Ang Mo Kio and Orchard Road. Tidy orderly relaxing atmosphere cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t like to give even one star …. The bus drivers picking the travellers any time they like …. The tv shows one time and drivers pick another time … some buses are too smelly and damaged …. Few days before I waiting for a bus and the bus stop TV shows the next bus will come after 20 mins …. OMG … 20 mins for one bus ….. half of my life I just wasting for bus waiting time …. Totally disappointed Singapore …..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is no longer a temporary bus interchange. It is a newly opened air conditioned bus interchange located at the basement below the Woodlands mrt station. It is much more convenient now. However, the bus timing is not really accurate like most of the others.
