★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was actually really keen on getting something from this store, as I’ve walked passed it a couple of times. But the bad experience (& completely unnecessary to be honest) left a bad taste in my mouth.
Was berated by the store owner for merely taking a picture of a chew toy. Explained to her that it seemed kinda extreme to berate someone who’s trying to share their products with fellow dog owners. She replied saying it’s always been that way. Trying to understand her reasoning behind that, I asked her again. To my horror, she completely disregarded my presence and rolled her eyes.
I would have recommended this store for their items but definitely not after this awful experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love this place! The shop has a great, albeit small, range of accessories and toys to pamper your pooch. The shop owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us on what to buy for our goldendoodle puppy. Highly recommend a visit and a chat with her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this sweet little shop! The items sold there are of high quality and the owner is a talented artist. I’ve bought lovely items for my cat there, and gifts for dogs. I passed by on the way to dinner the other night and was reminded that I really need to visit more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really fun and interesting shop with lots of cute things for pets and owners. The shop owner was super friendly and spent a while giving us tips for where to go around Singapore. Definitely pop in if you're in the area and have a doggo that needs some love!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful pet boutique, stocked with lovely, tasteful pet accessories. The storekeeper was very helpful and offered to open packaging for us to see the products better. She was friendly and spent time chatting about our dog with us (our favourite topic of course). We'll be going back to buy some holiday gifts. No photos as the store prefers no pics (presumably to avoid people copying their style/products or browsing before searching for products online).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly love this store! The woman running this store is a lovely person who remembers her customers and their pets. I have bought a couple of things from this shop over the past three years. Albeit a small shop, they have a gorgeous selection of items of really good quality. Customer service is great in person and also via text when I have any questions. I only wish other stores would be more personable like this one. Totally recommend every pet owner to pop by and check it out. -Gabby’s mom
