★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used their services many times until the trust is lost recently. My clients from Thailand and Vietnam complained the translation was very poor and seems like direct copy and paste from Google translate.
Did not receive any sincere apology except a casual “sorry for the inconvenience caused”.
